No Shows and Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of total service(s) cost.

If you are running late, please do your best to contact us. Please understand that we may not be able to provide you with your full time as we have to accommodate following appointments. You are only guaranteed the amount of time of your scheduled appointment. Thank You for your understanding.
Reservations are the preferred form of booking and require a credit card to secure. It is recommended to book your next appointment prior to leaving in order to guarantee your spot in our books.
All first-time skin clients are required to undergo an in-depth consultation and should expect a personalized experience from the start. We’ll discuss your skin concerns, routine, and goals to create a treatment plan tailored just for you.
All Sales are Final: Once a Product is purchased from Novum Skin, It is considered a final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges refunds unless product is damaged.
Damaged Products: Damaged products must be returned in store. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
Masks are no longer required. If you feel more comfortable wearing one, you are more than welcome to do so. Your provider will also wear a mask upon request.
